H&J Martin Asset Management Services carry out responsive  maintenance, planned/preventative maintenance and small minor works to the automatic Doors, Gates , barriers and roller shutters across the estate.

In addition to the above we are responsible for reactive support which is required 24 hours per day, 365/366 days per year. Monthly KPI meetings are attended and where required we assist with project cost plans, budget control and minor works.
