H&J Martin recently completed the Fit Out and Refurbishment of a new Cyber Security training area with the Computer Science Building for Queens University, Belfast utilising our Pagabo Framework.
The fit out works comprised of the complete fit out of 2nd floor level facility within a live & busy University building. Co-ordination & segregation from everyday users of the neighbouring facilities was paramount in ensuring a smooth operation for the occupants, students & teachers. Control of dust migration & noise pollution was also factored in so as not to pose problematic.
Installation of MEP services included MVHR, Fire Suppression System, Life Safety Systems, Electrical Services, Specialist Feature Lighting, IT & Data, AV and entertainment systems
