H&J Martin has been in partnership with A&L Goodbody since 2009 and is responsible for all mechanical and electrical plant in the building. This extends to both routine preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance of all electrical, heating and ventilation equipment. It also involves preparation of annual budgets, agreement of maintenance programmes and the execution of maintenance schedules throughout the year.
