H&J Martin is delighted to be re-awarded the Facilities Management Contract for the Procurement and Logistic Service (PaLS) covering 18 buildings, which provides business support and professional services to the NI health and social care sector.
H&J Martin was first awarded the Contract in 2011 and as main contractor, we deliver a full reactive, planned and Minor Works service providing 24/7 365 support across both Hard and Soft disciplines including Professional services such as Asbestos Surveys, Fire Risk Assessments and Conditions Surveys. We very much look forward to mobilising this new contract and to our continued partnership with PaLS.
