H&J Martin Asset Management Services, part of the Lagan Construction Group of companies has recently completed several Life Safety Fire Detection System upgrades for valued clients Helm Housing and Properties Division.
The works carried out by the Fire & Security Team at H&J Martin Asset Management Services involved over five individual buildings, each working to tight deadlines and providing regular updates to our client whilst simultaneously working around the day-to-day operations of the buildings themselves.
H&J Martin Asset Management Services were tasked with providing an “open protocol solution” to help ensure the future longevity of the system. The Fire & Security Team therefore looked to their system partner Hochiki for a cost effective and reliable fire safety solution including both their HFP control panel and associated field equipment. The projects were completed within the agreed timescale and budget.
