H&J Martin Asset Management Services have recently completed Phase one of the refurbishment of Harry Corry’s Head Office in Dunmurry, Belfast. The project scope included the complete design, manufacture and installation of the mechanical, electrical and joinery elements for both office floor including two male/female toilet blocks and three staff canteens. The entire project from inception to completion was undertaken within a 16 week programme, with the all works carried out in a live office environment.
Following the First floor Phase one and Phase two completion, Mr John Corry MD, expressed his thanks to H&J Martin Asset Management Services team for delivering such a challenging project on time, whilst keeping disruption of the day-to-day operation of a large office complex to a minimum. John paid particular tribute to the quality of finish delivered.
Due to their ongoing performance H&J Martin Asset Management Services have retained their contract with Harry Corry Northern Ireland and Scotland for the delivery of planned and reactive maintenance, in addition H&J Martin Asset Management Services have been awarded Southern Ireland taking their stores portfolio to a total of 51.
John Hanley, Head of Properties for Harry Corry, made special mention of the staff involved on the Helpdesk, PPM and Reactive Maintenance teams, thanking everyone for their dedication to the contract.
