H&J Martin Construction & Fit Out win RICS Award for Mount Stewart Restoration

H&J Martin Construction & Fit Out have won an award from the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) at their annual awards ceremony winning in the Building Conservation category for their restoration of Mount Stewart. H&J Martin Construction & Fit Out will now go on to the RICS Awards Grand Final held later this year, to compete for the National Award in the Building Conservation category.

The regional RICS Awards are made up of eight categories from Building Conservation to Tourism & Leisure and Infrastructure and some of the country’s most popular new builds and recent restorations were in the spotlight at the ceremony. The regional winners from all 12 RICS Award ceremonies which took place across the UK in April and May will compete to win the at the Grand Final in October.
