The Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) has awarded a contract to Lagan Construction Group to build the access road at Capitol Park in Goole to open up development land to create up to 4,000 new Jobs in East Yorkshire.

Lagan Construction Group will build 1 Km of road to connect Junction 36 of the M62 to Andersen Road just north of Goole docks to unlock 40 hectares of land for development that will allow the creation of new jobs. The contract, which is part of over £13million investment in Capitol Park will take 16 months to complete, has been supported by £8,319,490 million from the European Regional Development.
