The Lagan Aviation & Infrastructure team at RAF Northolt met with a number of local resident associations when commencing works on site. During these visits they received a request from South Ruislip Residence Association to sponsor some flower pots.
The South Ruislip Residence Association have been working hard to improve the image of their area for the past 5 years and the planters is part of the improvements to beautify the area.
The RAF Northolt team were delighted to sponsor the planters and the maintenance of them for a year.
Lagan Aviation & Infrastructure Project Manager, Will Hornby, commented: "We believe that the construction industry can leave a positive impact. Wherever we go in the world, we try to leave something positive behind for the local communities, no matter how small. So much work has gone into improving the area and we are delighted to be able to support the South Ruislip ward with the provision of 7 planters.”
